Take Tim Out and Relax

Life can be overwhelming at times. No wonder we have a desire to escape "reality" through drugs and alcohol. Try practicing not taking things so seriously. It sounds ridiculous, especially when we are faced with all the troubles of this world. But even by taking 5 or 10 minutes out of your day to take some deep breaths and relax, life's problems may seem less intense. Sometimes it helps to watch a funny movie. Laughter can get you outside of yourself. Be kind to yourself. We are all in a journey.

Well without proper rest and relaxation anyone can't make progress into its life. Without a proper plan and team, we can't achieve our goals and big dreams. So you're writing well that relaxation a must.

I do agree with this. Sometimes, for to escape reality, we tend to do things we never really meant doing so. We want an "escape" from all of the stress, demands of our environment, and the likes. That is why I really do suggest that we take a rest once in a while. We should sometimes bond with the people who distress us. Sometimes it can be with our family, friends, or even our pets! We should always take care of ourselves for us to be able to take care of others especially our loved ones.
